Lily is amazing! She is kind, professional and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was going for a cosmetic treatment, I felt like I was going to have a catch up with a friend with a lovely leaving present of a new face! The process was explained to me and Lily checked throughout that I was comfortable, and content. We discussed what I wanted done, and what she professionally recommended for a natural change, which is exactly what we achieved. I can wait to go back for another procedure. Thank you

Lily was so kind and welcoming (especially to my shy and needy toddler who insisted on coming with me!) She really knows her stuff and explained the procedure fully to me and has been really helpful in follow ups. 10/10
