The services and the staff were good, but there was a misunderstanding regarding the services and I had to pay extra. It's not clear if it was the fault of Treatwell website or of the salon, but I was expecting a traditional full waxing (in other places I've been to, this was the default, and Brazilian and Hollywood were interchangeable). In any case, I appreciate the care Ms. Verena offered and having been given the option to continue or cancel.

Excellent facial, left my skin smooth and radiant. The only downside was the lady was quite moody, didn't seem that bothered about what she was doing or advising me on the best treatments for my skin.
