My facial was really amazing. I was a bit late and she was very understanding and didn't rush the process as a result which I was very grateful for. It was really calming, all the lotions smelt amazing and the added neck and shoulder rub was so relaxing. Someone commented that my skin looked great the next day. Will definitely go again - it's set back in a lovely quiet mews just off St John's Hill.
