Fortune is a very lovely young lady who was diligent and professional in her work whilst also being gentle easy company. I also liked Jacob. They were very busy but good humoured. I enjoyed my visit very much and will be returning.

Came out on my lunch break to do a patch test as I’m pregnant. I was told no one was there who could do one despite having a booked appointment, and that they would text someone who knew. Waited 10 mins for nothing. Won’t be coming back.

I really didn't want to leave this review but i felt so disappointed with my lashes after a few issues with previous lashes. A few days later after she put a whole new set on, they all fell out again. this made me so sad- I've had great service from FB with Mia (more experienced tech) but because i was being a cheap skate, decided to go with the less experienced lash tech, which was cheaper. Overall FB are great, but just be aware of what you will get for less experience
