Jacob is friendly & professional, but a removal of my lash extensions did take over an hour when advertised as 20mins. Tbf, I had a fair number of lashes left on, & he was very thorough to carefully remove each one individually & looked after my natural lashes. But for me, it was lengthy. In the past I’ve experienced technicians simply apply a removal product, leave for 10 mins then gently wipe them clear. This technique took too long just for me personally.
