Rushed. Started late, finished early and make up did not last. Nikki is nice and followed up but massive waste of money for me personally because the experience was not great and you could have done this at a make up counter and been able to redeem against products. I wanted a premium experience and did not get one.

Had a makeup lesson with Nikki. She talked me through each stage of the process so that I understood and felt that I could do it myself afterwards. She also sent me an extremely detailed email afterwards listing every product she used so that I could try and get the same look myself. I was extremely impressed and felt very at ease. Would definitely recommend to others.
