Face Training is the most natural and highly effective way of face lifting which is achieved by exercising your facial muscles.
During the training, the face is covered with the palms in order to protect the skin from wrinkling, as well as to train the facial muscles harder by applying resistance.
In 12 classes we teach you how to apply the proper cover techniques and how to do exact exercises for each part of the face.
These classes are part of the beginner level, and afterwards we can move on to more intense and personalised advanced training classes fit for everybody.
