From the moment I booked, everything was so well organised. The email included clear instructions about parking and exactly where to go, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
When I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly and treated with such kindness and respect. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, and I instantly felt at ease, as though I'd known my therapist for years.
Throughout the appointment, everything was explained so clearly, and I came away feeling much more informed about my skin and how to care for it. My skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards, and the thoughtful little samples at the end were such a lovely bonus.
I can't recommend this experience enough. It was professional, informative, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish!
