Booked an LVL and my lashes look stunning - almost like extensions! Everyone is so friendly and polite and professional, Trudy was fabulous and talked me through each step. The place was spotless and so beautiful - amazing decor! Cannot fault it and can’t wait to come back

Lovely salon and feels luxurious. Lauren is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Dermaplaning was brilliant my face is so smooth and neck and shoulders all relaxed from massage. Will defo be recommending and going back Xx

My lashes look so beautiful and long after my LVL treatment, love that I don’t have to wear mascara for the next 6 weeks and the lady who did them was so easy to talk to! I had my tear trough filler top up done also and it has taken years off of my tired dark looking eyes, absolutely over the moon with it. Was very nervous about being around the eyes but Lauren is just Fantastic at what she does! 5 star from me every time, well done ladies xx
I went to Lauren at facefx to have the dermaplaning treatment on my face, I had never had it done before but was really excited to see if it made a difference to my complexion. I can honestly say it made a huge difference, my skin was glowing after and looked so fresh. Lauren explained in detail what she was doing step by step through the whole process, It made me feel very relaxed knowing she was so professional. She was really easy to talk to baring in mind this was my first ever visit and answered all my questions putting me at complete ease. Even the Young lady on the front desk Layna was lovely to talk to, very polite and helpful. I knew straight after my treatment I would return again.... And I did! This time I had Tear Trough fillers with Lauren and I am so pleased I did! I was very sceptical about the tear trough area but she has done a fantastic job, no more dark circles for me! Can’t wait to go back for my top up in 2 weeks. Thank you so much, I am one very satisfied customer and will continue to recommend you to my family and friends xx
