I was forced to go to this appointment during my period as the salon owner won’t refund/reschedule my appointment. Even treatwell employee called her to convince that its genuine but she had made up her mind! She said there are no exceptions as she’s self employed and has a 48 hour cancellation policy? Felt very uncomfortable as woman didn’t understand another woman!! Salon isn’t a commercial property either. It’s her house! I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere on treatwell website!!
