It was a great experience. I was late and the lady was very accomodating, never made me feel bad at all then made me feel comfortable while she was doing my lashes and brows. Will definitely be returning, thanks so much, I love it!

I always dread getting threaded. But she was super quick and did a fab job I’ll deffo be going here from now on. I can’t wax my face without taking a layer of skin off but threading is just as effective

The place was very filthy and it felt like I was in a marked place in Thailand. Doing my new lashes they had a conversation about the length of my lashes like I wasn't there... And while putting them on the therapist kept opening my eyes which resulted in my getting glue in my eye and having to go to the eye hospital and it turned out the glue had scratched my eye... Not a pleasant experience! This place should be doing the lashes as what they are doing is very dangerous!

Poor customer service. Woman was on the phone most of the time. Minimal privacy. Didn’t appear very clean. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
