The bed was hard and there were hairs on the pillow. The lady was nice but she seemed harassed not calm. Enjoyed the reiki tho but wouldn't have it again.

enjoy every mintue nice to get some pamper time, came out very relaxed and detressed body and mind felt great. i would recommend treatments
