Debated leaving feedback as the therapist was a lovely person, but some improvements need to be made in terms of the consultation process. I wasn’t asked what sort of shape I would like for my brows and they went straight in with the wax before I could advise that I didn’t want them too thin - but i think it was too late and I am left with much thinner & shorter brows than I would have liked. The lash tint also went in my eyes so I had to have it taken off before the treatment was finished.
