Turned up to my prepaid eyebrow wax today (11/08/22) at 12:30 and the salon was closed! Waited a while but clearly shut for the day. Booked this appointment in a few weeks ago as I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. Now having to frantically find somewhere else to go today after work. I need to be refunded ASAP.

I was waiting to be seen by the receptionist when I entered the salon, the lady just never looked up and was very blunt when she addressed me. The quality of my nails was terrible. I’ve only had them done a week and they’re pealing off. I know it’s hot weather so this might be the reason but surely not.
