It would be helpful if the salon was actually open at the time of my appointment. It’s not possible to give 0 stars for an appointment I didn’t get to attend, hence 1. The irony is the salon rearranged by appointment by 10 minutes earlier today. Why bother if you’re not going to be open anyway?! I’d like my money back please.

Turned up to my prepaid eyebrow wax today (11/08/22) at 12:30 and the salon was closed! Waited a while but clearly shut for the day. Booked this appointment in a few weeks ago as I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. Now having to frantically find somewhere else to go today after work. I need to be refunded ASAP.
