Poor experience, couldn’t do a French manicure because my nails were ‘too short’ - I had 3 people stand around me incl the man from reception staring at my nails making me really judged and uncomfortable. Not coming back.

Booked for the Tooting Bec salon but when I arrived it was completely closed. Tried contacting the salon but no answer. I ended up re-booking at the Balham salon to get my treatment and my skin was no different after the facial. Negative experience.
