Overall I am happy with pedicure. Vera was really good at what she was doing. I will definitely go back if I need to get it done locally. I would recommend her to make the place bit more welcoming as it looked rather tired and dated.

For some reason the liquid gel nails were not setting this meant I was at the seat for 3.5 hours even had the drill catch on eof my cuticles which was very painful, I am a reasonable person but this nail technician did not offer me any customer service other than ''if you come again I will give you a discount'' she then got shirty with me suggesting I was taking too long to choose the coplour as she does not like to keep people waiting, (there was another client in the que) after all of that I was charged £36.00 for gel nails and polish, then I hear her telling the next customer its £20 for acrylic full set and shellac well that was the last straw for me.. I have never had such a bad experience, my custom was not appreciated , I got given a line of I have to charge this much because ''they will take it'' who is they if I never turned up for my apointment would ''they'' have still taken it.. Customer experience is everything in service industry and this was not a good one at all.. Any one who gets there nails done knows 3.5 hours is too long, having the drill cut your finger is painful, then to be madew to feel bad for choosing a colour after you already took long and then to be chrged above the odds. Hope a lesson can be learned from this feedback.. I do not suggest she is not good she needds more experience and a massive lesson in customer service I left the salon feeling stressed and unhappy..
I just got acrylics taken off, the lady was very gentle and lovely.
