Water was cold and a kettle of water had to be added to heat it up. Kept wiping and repainting the toenails which extended the treatment time, while my feet sat on soggy wet towel. When I said I was disappointed with the procedure there was some money knocked off treatment price but it still ended up being an expensive treatment for what I received, and the attitude was very defensive. Not somewhere I’d go for a birthday treat again.
