really nice lady, made me feel comfortable, quick and easy wax

My daughter, who is 13, had not had a waxing appointment before and was nervous. She was teased by her therapist there that she was sweaty (which happens when she is anxious, as it does to many). This really upset her and on top of the when she said the wax was hot, she was told it was not.
This is poor customer service. No sympathy, no connection and a very poor experience. I will not be returning.

Great experience. Full leg wax and Hollywood were excellent. Really appreciate how quick and efficient Digi was, she also used tweezers to get the few stray hairs the wax didn’t pick up. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
