I was booked in for a gel pedi, they were running late which is OK, but then felt like the treatment was extremely rushed to make up time, to the point where the woman was hurting me, even when I said "ow" she just smiled and carried on. I don't mind running late but I should still get my allotted time. The entire treatment was 20 mins (including removal!!) which is way too quick to do a proper job in my opinion and I had paid for 55 mins. When I got home I could see my nails haven't been filed properly and are uneven, she didn't do anything to my cuticles other than quickly push them back very roughly, and hasn't removed all the dry skin.
