They advertised the same service for £2 cheaper onsite but made me pay the higher price because I booked through treatwell and they ‘have to pay commission’. Poor quality waxing, eyes brows done too thin and my skin has severely broken out around the areas that was waxed. Not returning.

Room very grotty and generally badly kept, treatment seemed sanitary but general experience left a lot to be desired. Therapist was fine but wasn’t a very personal experience. I guess you get what you pay for.
