Usually have a brilliant experience here and come to get my nails done regularly however this time the girl that did my manicure seemed in a rush to get it done quickly and in the process cut my nail bed with the trimming tool. It was painful and bled for some time and the apology was very half hearted. A real shame given how good the service usually is.
