Been to this salon several times for a hollywood wax and had no problems however I will not be going back! The wax was painful after the beautician spent time tugging at the same spot where wax had got stuck and then STABBING me and drawing blood with a pair of scissors in attempt to remove the wax that was stuck. And then telling me that it just hurt as it pulled the skin - not the fact that she had just cut me. After the wax I was keen to get out of there, getting dressed I spotted used wax on the floor as she was already leading the next person (who happened to be my friend) in. She then had the cheek to say to my friend a rude comment about me and blaming the wax getting stuck on the length of time I had left it between waxes. Terrible professionalism on top of everything else. Shame as it used to be very convenient and a good price for a hollywood!
