I’ve been coming here for years and this is the first time I have been less than impressed. Hollywood wax was efficient enough in terms of in and out but the removing of the wax itself in places could have been done in smaller patches for quicker removal i.e. less painful.
I had asked for the shape of my brows to be retained but I am now left with them thinner and uneven. Wish I could provide pics as it’s quite noticeable 😒 I then had to ask for the ends of both to be re-dyed as they had obviously not taken the colour.
Will be back for the Hollywood but will look elsewhere for brows.
