I hate leaving a bad review but this one unfortunately deserves it. It was unclean and there is mould everywhere. The treatment room was cold, and when the lady saw that I had goosebumps, she asked if I was cold, I replied yes, but she did absolutely nothing to help me get any warmer! She did not listen to what I had asked for leaving me with embarrassingly less hair than I wanted. She also missed a patch but I didn't mention it as I just wanted to get out of there! Really annoyed that I had to pay for this.

Pedicure was fine, not the best I’ve had. During the exfoliation process, the lady attempted to exfoliate the top of my foot. It was sooo painful and left me with 2 nasty red scratches on the top of each foot. Not a great look.
