Therapist was lovely however when she was soaking off my acrylics the water under the acetone was far too hot and I said it was burning me but her advise was just to dip in and out of it, I repeatedly said it was too hot and practically boiling and her response was “it’s not boiling it’s from the tap”. She applied the acrylic very messily and overall the job wasn’t great. I have acrylic all over my cuticles and remnants on my fingers. She also took 1.5 hours to finish the job.

Although they were running late the therapist was very professional, friendly and the wax was great.
