The wax was done quickly and staff were friendly. However, the room wasn’t particularly clean and she mostly the same spatula, I.e. double dipping after applying the wax. The overall job isn’t great - there were loads of patches underneath that have been missed which I had to go over with tweezers. I wonder whether it is to do with the quality and heat of the wax as it doesn’t seem to go on well and didn’t come off smoothly. I’ve had countless waxes but it’s the first time it’s hurt when applied

Unfortunately the treatment was very rushed. A full leg and Hollywood wax should take longer than 30 mins. Because the therapist was rushing the treatment was uncomfortable and more painful than I would usually find a wax. Time was not taken to stretch the skin or reposition the leg to make the wax less painful. I noticed some marks on my leg from where the strips had ripped the skin.
