Immediately at the start of the appointment Irm said she wouldn’t be able to get the dead skin off my feet (an insulting start to the treatment!) and then proceeded to spend the grand total of one minute half-heartedly scraping my foot before moving to the next stage. Such a shame as the pedicurist treating the lady next to me seemed lovely and very diligent.

I’m happy with how my eyebrows look but not worth £18 as I have had a much better customer service elsewhere for less. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the therapist was really rude I almost got up and left mid-way through.
