The Hollywood wax was great, but I’m leaving one star because I also had my eyebrows threaded and tinted beforehand. I’ve been coming here for almost two years because they always do an amazing job. When I got home, I found a noticeable patch of brown tint in my blonde hair at the front. Accidents happen, but I wish the therapist had been honest, apologised, and told me at the time instead of me discovering it later. Sadly, this has put me off returning.
