Rose was absolutely lovely and communicative which was great! Booked in for Brazilian wax which in my experience is all hair removed apart from a small strip of hair above. This wax left hair down the sides of the labia and I had to pay extra to get my backside waxed, I have been getting Brazilian waxes for years and not experienced that. A little disappointing as the service was already expensive and then it was more on top of that - however everywhere where the hair was removed is spotless

Had a great experience during my eyebrow threading. Rose was experienced and thorough, and I did not feel any pain or discomfort at all.🙌 She was also very welcoming and I enjoyed our friendly chat all throughout the session.
