Had my hair done (high lights and hair cut) here on Saturday 29th, treat to myself for Christmas and it turned out to a disaster. It was nice at first (a light brown blondy colour) but then the bleach made my hair go orange over night so I woke up the next day with bright orange hair. On the 31st I ended up having to box dye my own hair to fix it for going out for year due to the salon being shut, it was horrible and my hair was dry because of the bleach and the cut wasn’t the way I wanted it either. It just turned out to be an absolute mess! Was so unhappy on the result I received that I wish I hadn’t even bothered getting my hair done. The only positive thing I can think of to say is that the staff here were nice but I’d like a refund for my bad experience.

Melissa is lovely and chatty. She gave me a good consultation first and was realistic about what colour I could achieve with the balayage as my hair has been dyed brown previously. Very happy with the results. Will def return.
