Hurrendous I had to ask her twice to take more from one brow to make it the same then I went into toilet to see properly and she had left one completely different one is perfect and one is ridiculous I’m going bk today to see if she can help me 😡😡😡

When I arrived and told her I had an appointment, she looked completely shocked to see me. She said she didn’t know anything about it, so I had to show her the booking on my phone. Even though the place was empty, she just kept staring at me like a deer in headlights. The eyelash dye ended up in my eyes because it wasn’t removed properly, and half of one eyebrow is gone — it’s going to take months to grow back. Definitely not a good experience.
