Simran was very sweet, but her set up needs a bit of TLC, as the cleanliness wasn’t the best (stained towel etc). She wasn’t expecting me despite my confirmation and pre-payment, so I had to wait 20 minutes - not ideal. Pre-information about parking and access would have been useful. Probably not the greatest experience for my first ever wax so I’m afraid I won’t be back - sorry.
