Not the best keratin treatment. I called and asked beforehand if they use formaldehyde free keratin and they said no but half way through I noticed they were using formaldehyde free keratin. I had to insist for my hair to be blowdried with a brush cause I had issues previously when it was done without a brush. Also had to straighten it again in smaller sections when I got home cause some parts were not done properly and I found the type of keratin used had a bit of an unpleasant smell
