I wasn't advised prior to my pedicure that the chairs had a massage function so was not able to take advantage of this. It was only once i was finished that a member of staff was explaining it to the next customer. Poor service that i wasn't told.

Really great value for money (eyebrow wax only £5!). Gave me an amazing shape - just as good as salons charging over double this price. No prior discussion as to what I want done to my brows, which is understandable for the price and may not suit everyone. However I’m sure if you asked for certain things off your own initiative then they would listen.
