I chose this place because of the reviews. I did not enjoyed my experience. They started by removing my SNS, but they left it for too long - the top of my fingers are still very light!! They have a lovely great pallet of SNS colours so that's a big big plus. When starting the process itself, I was not offered a manicure (even after the long time for removal), hence you can still see the white on the middle of my nails (I chose a light colour). The dipping was done well and my nails are very smooth. By the end, they told me to wash my hands and they did not offered a massage or cream or even oil! Lastly, treatwell is a great app but they sell SNS with removal at £33 on the shop, however I've paid £5 extra for an OK service. This shop didn't reach the expectation that Treatwell use to offer me (and probably many others). Highly disappointed with costumer service and service of this shop.
