This place is very average. I booked an appointment via Treatwell yet still had to wait because they kept accommodating walk-ins. They keep trying to use the drill for shellac removal which is an outdated technique that most venues don’t go near anymore - it damages the nails. Staff aren’t friendly

This was a horrible experience. My manicure was not done by Lucy, but by a very rude gentleman. I first waited for 15 min and then had my manicure in around 20min. I asked for my cuticles to be cut but he barely touched them. Overall, he invested minimal effort and looked extremely annoyed and gave a rushed and sloppy job.
