Won’t come back. I’ve been a client for over a year and my nails are beautifully done all the time. Some days the staff is very lovely (both ladies with shorter hair are great) but this time the man at the entrance was SO rude. The man with the baby is also very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was awkward the entire time. We’re in London, friendliness is part of the culture. We should feel welcome as guests. Also the team always speak in their language in front of guests… it makes me feel very uncomfortable and I can tell by the look of other clients that they feel the same.

The lashlift didn't work it didn't lift my lashes at all, I have had it done here before so I don't know why it didn't work this time. They agreed at the time that the treatment wasn't as it should be and said they would refund but after contacting treatwell directly I have heard nothing from either them or the salon and have not been refunded.

Very welcoming and friendly! The salon itself was really clean and had a great selection of colours. Both my gel manicure and pedicure came out amazing! Will definitely be coming back.
