The manicure itself looks good but it was a rush because they were 20 minutes late starting the appointment. It would have been appreciated if someone had called me to say they were running late. It wasn't a particularly nice environment but did the job in the end.

The gel manicure is always ok when I go but the salon is a mess and it’s so rushed with over bookings and constant walk ins. The soak off is a bit annoying as it’s in a bowl so you get it all over your hands rather than foils like most places. I go back because it’s easy but the messiness annoys me every time.
