Just OK. The shop is just too busy, I used to love it here but the team doesn’t turn walk-ins away or give an alternative time to come back when the shop is less busy, meaning you can wait for a long period of time and have a 20+ minute delay to a pre booked appointment.

Place was not clean, utensils looked as if they weren’t clean for weeks. Person doing my nails was also doing several others. Took over an hour to finish while I had an appointment for 10am, others that came in after me left before me. I got an SNS on natural nails. They never actually clean your nails unless you specify for an additional price of course. They take your old paint job off, wipe and apply again without cuticle work, washing your hands or anything.
