Staff member was not knowledgeable about the products at all. Barely spoke throughout entire appointment. Nails are also much longer than I asked for. Would only return if absolutely desperate.

Place is unclean, you get swapped between multiple members of staff and the colour charts are wrong. When you tell them the colour is wrong they blame you and say the charts are faded so there’s nothing they could do. Second time this has happened. Waste of money and I now have nails I hate
