i hate writing bad reviews but i was a bit disappointed by this facial, despite the very good reviews from other clients. the facial was described as 'deep cleansing' but it was mostly a face massage, which was great but not what i came for. extraction was made mostly on the nose but the rest of the face was very briefly touched and i still had so many clogged pores. the lady was lovely and very attentive and my skin did feel fresh after the facial but definitely not deeply cleansed.
