I explained on first visit I have sensitive skin which reacts to strip wax by leaving flaky sore red marks and asked not to be used on underarms and use hot wax instead.I was persuaded to try brow tint and shape not being warned this would be a strip wax. I now have very sore areas where this was done on my face and the reaction looks bad. It is still looking bad 3 days later. A nice therapist and I think she was in a hurry but I just think she should take more care when it’s someone’s face.
