I’ve never had a lash lift before and booked an appointment in advance of an event I had. Fab was great in explaining that I should move it closer to the event and also helped to shift the appointment based on my message. It’s great when the service provider contacts you with reminder info that you can reply back to explaining the purpose of your service (where needed) so they can customise the experience

I was left with a burn from after my eyebrow wax a few days before my wedding. She said this happened to another client and my skin is likely sensitive as I was on my period. Having spoken to other beauticians that cannot be the case and the wax was likely too hot. She checked in with me but I was left with a scar that’s still there a month later. Please get her to test the temp of the wax on your wrist before it’s applied to your face to avoid getting burnt. I won’t be coming back again.
