This is my favourite nail salon in Southeast London! Sam, the owner, is professional, kind, and welcoming, and the service is always perfect. I love the selection of colours, and also the atmosphere is just lovely. I couldn't recommend this salon more!

The therapist wasn't very thorough, there were hairs left. Also, the waxing technique was quite painful. I've had a Hollywood wax here before and it was brilliant so I was a little disappointed.

Not that impressed overall. Was greeted perfunctorily, no acknowledgment of that I was there. Then another lady came and they saw her first. only when owner turned up was I acknowledged and offered coffee etc. Gel manicure: nails roughly buffed, no soaking of cuticles before pushing back. Eyebrow wax. Was ok but missed a few bits and felt uncomfortable as I mentioned she missed a few hairs that were not under the skin. Then neglected to put soothing oil on eyebrows ! When mentioned said oil was upstairs. Underarm wax. started off ok but as treatment room was needed, therapist rushed through. First armpit ok but second she rushed and when it came to putting on soothing oil, she used remnants on her hands and so stretched my underarm which was slightly painful as pulling the skin. Went upstairs to pay and had to remind her about the eyebrow oil. Really need to get their act together and offer better customer service.
