Awful customer experience. They started 25 mins late, therapist kept saying “sorry, 2 minutes” and moved other clients around to accommodate me which made me feel awkward. No atmospheric music as none of the therapists could work the radio. The girls working had poor customer service and seemed to argue with each other. Worst of all, I have developed an awful reaction to the wax, I have never had a problem before but still a week later my skin is terrible, bumpy, irritated and spotty.

Very nice venue, booked last minute and everyone there was very accommodating. Professional, good pedicure and wide selection of colours. Overall a really good experience, £10 for shellac removal seemed a little steep but didn’t mind paying it as the rest was great- but just to be aware. :)

Such a relaxing experience and Sam is just the best!! Second time I’ve had my lashes done and they look amazing, as well as the manicure too. It always lasts really well and never really chips either. Best place to get beauty treatments!
