The salon is great and the staff are friendly and polite, however on my lash lift one side looked like I hadn’t had a treatment at all. The staff redid one side for me a second time and it still looked like it hadn’t been lifted at all. I told the therapist both times that she hadn’t gripped one side as close to the root of lash line as the other, but she blamed both times on the glue. I now have one great side, and one that looks exactly like me normal lashes. She did not seem to grasp that she had done each side differently, despite my telling her several times that she had not lifted them close enough to the lash line.
