Denise is friendly but I was quite disappointed with my last BIAB appointment. 2 nails chipped within 2 days (which I had to go back and get fixed). The one that was redone by another technician also lifted the next day. 3 nails nails also had marks which I flagged at the time of the appointment and also the day after, but was told it was normal to get marks from the brush? No thanks. Lots of time wasted trying to fix it.
