Although the floor assistants were very polite and lovely, offering drinks multiple times, the treatments felt rushed and careless, and the woman performing them was not particularly warm or service-minded. The eyebrow threading took approx. 2 mins and I was not even asked what I wanted done. Nice salon and my nails came out nicely, but lacking a little in the service department.

It's a lovely venue and I felt quite comfortable. It is well situated and has a variety of services on offer. The only reason for the 4 star lash lift review is that I felt quite awkward not really knowing what was going on as the technician didn't really talk me through the process unless I asked specific questions. At one point I lay there for half an hour, in silence, while she sat in the room waiting for the lotions to set and it made me feel a bit awkward. A simple arm and hand massage to pass the time would help, or just a bit of conversation to let me know how much time has passed (as my eyes were closed so I couldn't see the clock) would have been very welcome. Just some constructive feedback. I have no complaints about the venue or service and I'll probably be back.
