The quality of the nails was good but not great- can see that the thumb nails could’ve done with another layer. The woman wasn’t very chatty and didn’t really engage (could be it was an early apt)
Will go back as have had great experiences but this one felt a bit basic
Also would recommend the hard not strip wax on underarms! Done both now and can see such a difference

I had cluster eyelashes done and the look was very voluminous, however it didn’t suit what I was looking for. The glue was very strong.

Great wax service! As painless as it can be.
Vem was very good, friendly and thorough.
I really liked the service and will definitely come back.
The only issue was that my appointment was 20min late which is something they should be more considerate about.
